Greetings! Today I would like to talk about another Law of leadership from the book, “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.” This law is called the law of the Big Mo. What is the Big Mo? It is Momentum. Momentum is a leader’s best friend. It is one of the things that will help leaders reach the goals they have for themselves and their followers. If you find yourself and your teams being stagnate and not growing or succeeding on any level, then you are dead in the water.
Greetings! If you have been following along with me the last few posts, then you know I have been diving into a great book called, “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.” Today I would like to talk about the Law of Respect. The sub title for this chapter says, “People naturally follow leaders stronger than themselves.” Simply put, it is hard to get someone with more leadership ability than you have to follow you. Leaders follow leaders that are further down the leadership path than themselves.
Greetings! Today I would like to talk about the Law of Addition. This law states that leaders add value to others. Since joining my network marketing company, several of my goals in life have changed. My biggest goal now is to add more value to people’s lives. I know for some that can be quite difficult as there are so many different ways to add value to people. So how can I know if I have reached that goal? That’s just it, I never plan to actually accomplish that goal, as there will always be someone else that I can add value.
Greetings! Today I would like to talk about another law I learned about in the book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.” The first law was the law of the lid. Today, I would like to talk about the law of process. This law states that leaders are not born in a day, but born daily. That means that you don’t just wake up one day and BAM you’re a leader. What you do on a daily basis doesn’t seem like much, but over time you begin to change and that daily process will grow you into the leader you want to be.
